Damukare- The Japanese Dam Curry

What kind of food is your favorite Asian or European? Each country has its own traditional food. Now let’s go to Japan to see one of the famous Japanese foods which is technically called Damukare which means the dam curry rice. The rice is formed as the shape of the dam in the plate to separate the curry from the vegetables and meat. The ruin of the dam will flood your veggie with curry. Curry is believed to be originated from India but it now has been cooked in many countries in the world with variations. Damukare became a thing and gained its name in 2007 while its first particular instance was tracked back to 1965.
